Request your order history
Your order history is the record of your purchases of Uniblue products and services, and also includes their serial numbers and download links.
To access your order history please enter the email address, which you used for these purchases, in the box below. You will then receive an email with a link to the page displaying all your transactions.
How to activate your Uniblue software
Retrieve your serial number
The serial number (to register and unlock your software) can either be retrieved from the above form, or else is found in the order confirmation email that you received after you placed your order. To copy the serial number form the order confirmation email, highlight the text and then click Ctrl and "C" together on your keyboard. Alternatively right click on the highlighted text and then select Copy from the menu that appears.
Registering your Uniblue software
Open your Uniblue program, select the Overview tab and click on the orange Register Now button.
A window asking for your serial number will be displayed on screen.
Click on the link which says Click here to paste the serial number into the above box. Once you see the serial number displayed in the text box, click Activate now to complete the process.
We strongly suggest that you use the "copy and paste" method described above, rather than typing the serial number manually. In this way you eliminate the possibility of mixing letters with digits (for example: entering the letter O instead of the number 0).
