This is because the Uniblue program is already running in the background.
You should see its icon in the system tray next to the system clock. You can double click on it to restore the program or right click on it and choose Exit to close the program.
If you don't see the icon, try the following :
1. Right mouse click on the taskbar.
2. From the popup menu select Task manager.
3. Go to the "Processes" tab, find and select registrybooster.exe / speedupmypc.exe / driverscanner.exe / powersuite.exe and then click on End Process.
Then try running the program again.
