'No Disk Exception' error message during scan.

This error usually occurs if, during the installation procedure for a Uniblue program, you had a device, a floppy or a CD inserted in one of your drives or USB ports.

Please follow the procedure below to resolve this error:

Step 1:

Click on the link below and SAVE the no_disk_fix.exe file into a location in your hard disk

Step 2:

Windows XP: Double click on the downloaded file. Please click 'Yes' or 'Allow' or 'Run' for any security prompts from Windows or any anti-virus programs, to allow the program to make changes to the computer, and follow the instructions in the window that comes up.

Windows Vista, Windows 7 or Windows 8: Right click on the downloaded file and choose 'Run as administrator'. Please click 'Yes' or 'Allow' or 'Run' for any security prompts from Windows or any anti-virus programs, to allow the program to make changes to the computer, and follow the instructions in the window that comes up.
