Device exception error during scan
The NO DISK issue is probably due to the fact that whilst you installed RegistryBooster you had a device or a floppy or maybe even a CD insterted in one of your drives or USB ports. This is an uncommon problem that happened to only a few of our customers, but according to troubleshooting procedures it seems that this might be the cause of the problem. This is not the definite cause but in most cases the following procedure worked.
1) Open RegistryBooster and STOP any scan that starts automatically
2) Go to the Registry Scan tab and click IGNORE LIST on the left hand side.
3) Click ADD NEW ENTRY
4) In the second Box, Select HKEY_CURRENT_USER
5) In the first Box, type Software\Microsoft
5) Click ADD ENTRY
6) Click ADD ITEM AGAIN
7) In the second Box, Select HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
8) In the First box type Software\Microsoft
9) Click ADD ENTRY
Then, go to the OVERVIEW tab and click START SCAN. Please let me know how it goes. Thank you
