Support for General Questions

  • "There is a problem with your hosts file" error when running a Uniblue program

  • To resolve this issue related with the HOSTS file, please follow the procedure below :

    Download the HostFileFix.bat file from the link below and SAVE the file to your Desktop:

    http://sdl.uniblue.com/Pub/Utils/RB/HostFileFix.bat

    Locate the downloaded file HostFileFix.bat on your DeskTop, right click on it and choose RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR.

    Allow any permissions requested.

    Then try running the program again.
