To enable Speed Up My PC to run on any limited profile you should:
o Firstly load up a profile with administrative privileges to the computer. Then goto 'My Computer', and goto 'C:' (select un-hide objects if required), and then goto 'Program Files'. Enter the 'LIUtilities' directory and with the left mouse, highlight only the Speed Up My PC directory. With the Speed Up My PC directory highlighted, right mouse click and goto 'Properties'.
o Goto 'Security' and click on 'Add', click on 'Advanced' and the click on 'Find now'. In the list find the 'Everyone' entry, highlight it and click on 'ok'. Click on 'ok' again.
o In the System properties screen you should now have an 'everyone' entry. If it doesn't have all permissions ticked, make sure all unchecked boxes are marked with a tick.
o Finally click on okay, and you will now be able to load Speed Up My PC using a limited profile.
