  • How do I get my serial number?

  • In order to unlock the full potential of your software you need to use the serial number provided in the order confirmation email which you received when your order was successfully processed.

    If you no longer have or misplaced the email you can retrieve your serial number from the following page: http://www.uniblue.com/support/myorders/

    You will be asked to enter the same email address that you used during the order process and a link will be sent to that email address. Click on the link in the email and you will be taken to your personalized "My Orders" page.

    Here you will find information about your purchased products, including the relevant serial number.
