If you have already purchased the software but are being asked to purchase again, this usually means that the program has not yet been activated. You need to open the currently installed 'trial' version and click on the "Register Now" button in the main program window. Make sure that you paste in the correct serial number as supplied in your order confirmation email.
If you no longer have or misplaced the email you can retrieve your serial number from the following page: http://www.uniblue.com/support/myorders/
You will be asked to enter the same email address that you used during the order process and a link will be sent to that email address. Click on the link in the email and you will be taken to your personalized "My Orders" page.
Here you will find information about your purchased products, including the relevant serial number.
We highly recommend that you copy and paste the serial number instead of typing it manually, in order to eliminate the possibility of mixing letters with digits.
