Support for Other Technical Questions

I tried downloading one of your products and I get an error "not a valid Win32 application". What do I do?

When you get an error saying "not a valid Win32 application" it means that the download was not complete and the setup file is corrupt as a result. More often than not, this is a cause of a bad Internet connection. I suggest that you try downloading again.
