Support for General Questions

To uninstall, first please close the program. By default the program is running in the background, in which case you should see its icon in the system tray next to the system clock (lower right corner of your screen). Right-click on this icon and choose "Exit …". Then follow these steps :

1) Goto: Start -> Control Panel -> Add/Remove Programs (If Vista or Windows 7 : Programs and Features)

2) Scroll down the list until you come to "Uniblue ..." (Depending on which one you want to delete)

3) Click once on this entry and then click the "Remove" or "Uninstall" button. Choose Remove when prompted.

This will initiate the uninstallation wizard which will remove the program from your computer.
