Adding registry entries in the ignore list

Through scan results:

Step 1:  In Latest scan results, click the Detailed view button

Step 2: Right click on the registry entry you wish to ignore and select Add to ignore list from the drop-down menu

The entry will be entered in the Registry ignore list. The registry ignore list can be accessed by clicking Ignore list.

Manually:

Step 1: In Scan Results click on “View results log” in order to load the latest scan results log.

Step 2: The results log file should open in your default Internet Browser. Locate the registry entry key that you want to add in the ignore list.

In order to copy a registry entry; highlight the text, press the Right Mouse Button and from the drop-down menu select Copy.

N.B.: do not highlight the following when copying a registry key from the log file: 

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\
HKEY_USERS\


Step 3:

Click Add new entry in Ignore List (Registry scan -> Ignore List)

From the Select registry location drop-down menu, select the location of the registry entry copied from the scan log file.

Copy (CTRL + C) and paste (CTRL + V) the registry entry copied from the log file in the text box found under Enter registry path and press Add entry
