Uniblue's refund policy
Requesting a Refund:
- In order to request a refund, click on: http://www.uniblue.com/support/ticket/ to contact our Customer Support team. Refunds must be requested within 60 days from purchase and requests should include the following information:
- name and surname;
- order number; and
- e-mail address used in the purchase process.
Other Terms:
- Only purchases made from the Uniblue store, including subscription renewals, may be refunded under this refund policy.
- We will only refund the amount actually paid for the product (including any applicable taxes, but excluding any international bank charges that might apply).
Time Frame:
- Refunds are generally received within 5-7 business days but may vary depending on your mode of payment and/or bank processing times. If you experience a considerable delay in receiving payment of the refund amount, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Technical Information:
- Once the refund of a purchased product has been processed, the purchased product's full functionality will be disabled. Non-renewed subscriptions will no longer entitle you to the subscription benefits connected with the product.
