Website now translated into 10 languages
added on 17th September 2010As you know, over the past 12 months we have released all our software in several different languages, now the website has had the same treatment and has been translated into 9 languages other than English:
- French
- German
- Italian
- Spanish
- Dutch
- Swedish
- Danish
- Norwegian
- Japanese
This now means that product details, company information and support FAQs can be understood by our global customers.
For the past year, our worldwide customer base has grown and this is partly because many more people rely on their home PC or laptop, and so there is an increased demand for Uniblue PC performance software. When you use a PC everyday, slowdowns, errors and problems can creep into the system, so PC maintenance becomes imperative. The majority of people who have a PC at home aren't particularly technical, and this is where Uniblue software comes into play. With a simple interface and easy to use features, our software could be likened to having a technician on hand who clears out the junk and keeps things running smoothly.
We are commited to high levels of customer care, and support queries are usually answered within 24 hours (except on weekends, when the timeframe is 48 hours). Having a full range of frequently asked questions in several languages on the website means that more people can find the answers to their questions quickly and easily, without necessarily having to contact our support team.
