SpeedUpMyPC 2010 is out now
added on 11th March 2010After its launch a couple of weeks back, yesterday, we started to send SpeedUpMyPC 2010 to press contacts worldwide for review. As the software was launched with a completely new engine, features and a brand-new look, feedback from the media is really important. We'll be posting the opinions of the professionals about our software as it comes in - in the meantime, here's a brief outline of what's new in the new version.
First launched back in 2003, the 2010 version has more power than ever before with a brand-new back-end and scanning engine, refined functionality and a totally redesigned interface. New features include:
- Compatibility with 32 and 64-bit versions of Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7
- New GUI design reflecting the updated Uniblue brand
- Tweak management console to implement or undo individual tweaks as required
- Enhanced system resource management and advanced speed tools for maximizing power
- New tweaks to optimize system and network settings
- Available in 12 languages: English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Dutch, Portuguese, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Russian and Japanese
Over the past few years, SpeedUpMyPC has provided a lifeline for many computer users who have been frustrated by slow start-up and program opening times, frequent freezes and an overall deterioration in computer performance. The software optimizes system settings, deletes junk and improves PC function therefore reducing the need for expensive hardware updates. After scan to identify files, processes and settings that cause data blockages and slowdowns, SpeedUpMyPC undertakes a series of tweaks to boost system resource management, to optimize system and network settings and to remove junk files that can bloat a PC’s hard drive.
Previous versions have had some excellent reviews in the press, with expert reviewers conducting a series of tests prior to giving their verdict. We're looking forward to their opinions of this release over coming weeks.
