Product Manager

Forming part of the Product Management team, the Product Manager is the key person responsible for the product he/she represents, managing it in line with the company’s vision and strategy throughout the entire lifecycle.  This is a very challenging and exciting opportunity for someone who loves software products and enjoys working with cross-functional teams.

As a key point of reference within the company, this role calls for someone who has excellent inter-personal skills and who is able to lead without formal authority. The ideal candidate needs to be a fast-learner and a critical thinker, with a passion for creating great products - whether it’s a brand new product or enhancing an existing one.

Your key responsibilities:

  •  Create realistic product roadmaps based on researching, understanding, and defining profitable market requirements and presented via Business cases and plans;
  • Plan and coordinate the execution of the product distribution strategy, including but not limited to pricing, naming and product positioning, based on accurate analysis of the market and a firm understanding of customer needs and consumer on-line behavior;
  • Ensure that the product runs on a healthy P&L and maintains the best acquisition and retention rates on the market;
  • Constantly keep up with market trends in order to be able to identify the best opportunities for the product;
  • Always gauge and improve product customer satisfaction levels;
  • Plan, launch and monitor execution of product related projects across various teams and departments within the company, ensuring maximum communication and coordination, high quality standard and on-time delivery.

 

Your skills and experience:

  •  A University degree, ideally at Masters level, in a business related subject;
  • At least 3 years experience in managing products, preferably software;
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the sales funnel and the key routes to market in a consumer e-commerce business;
  • Whilst software development skills are not required, the ideal candidate should have sufficient technical knowledge to understand the detailed elements of the product to be able to effectively identify new opportunities and unique selling points;
  • Excellent research and data management skills, able to identify which research needs to be carried out and accurately interpret and respond to data gathered;
  • Excellent presentation skills, able to represent information visually and to promote the product internally as well as externally;
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills in English;

Legal Executive

As we go through another period of growth, we are looking for a Legal Executive who will be supporting and reporting to the Legal Counsel. This position calls for someone who is meticulous, thinks analytically and is able to produce pragmatic solutions and high quality work in a fast-paced working environment.  

Key responsibilities:

  • To assist in vetting, negotiating, interpreting and drafting contracts and other legal documents;

General Scope and Summary

The Head of Engineering will have 7 to 15 direct reports individual contributors and project leaders of all engineering grades distributed in more than one country and will be responsible for leading major/minor releases of one or more products and/or maintenance releases. Shall plan and drive roadmap, business initiatives, represent engineering function to customers, partners & executive staff.

Primary Role and Responsibilities:

  •  Actively helps innovate and develop new technologies and products. Must have a focus on quality while maintaining an entrepreneurial spirit and ability to deal with change;
  • Plan and drive product roadmap;
  • Directs activities focused on product enhancements, defect fix activity and new releases;

Email Marketing Specialist

As we go through an intense period of growth, we are seeking to engage an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to take shared responsibility for the development, planning, deployment and continual optimisation of our B2C Email marketing life-cycle.

This is an exciting opportunity in a fast moving, international company. As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in developing effective life-cycle and behavioural email marketing campaigns for our customers. You will have responsibility for the end-to-end email production process from briefing through to deployment and reporting.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background specifically in email marketing, matched with excellent communication and relationship building skills. This position calls for a self-motivated, creative individual who is able to contribute to the strategic plan, as well as manage the day-to-day deployment activities.

Key responsibilities:

  • Take shared responsibility for the development, planning, deployment and continual optimisation of our B2C email marketing lifecycle;
  • Account manage the relationship between our email database provider and act as the internal database guru to ensure timely delivery of email campaigns to various customer segments;
  • Work closely with project managers, designers and our content team to create and develop new email materials and concepts;
  • Liaise and communicate with internal teams to co-ordinate and deploy all email send-outs, including but not limited to: design, content, translations, QA testing, deployment, reporting;
  • Conduct daily, weekly and monthly performance analysis and work closely with the reporting department to gather statistical data to be reported to Management;
  • Be involved in the continual analysis of our customer base, suggest and implement new segmentation strategies and have influence over new ways in which to engage with our customers;
  • Ensure all KPI’s are met and contribute to the continual growth of the email marketing channel;
  • Research and keep up-to-date with the latest email trends and tools available. 

Required skills and experience:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in an email marketing role, preferably for a B2C  company;
  • A marketing or business-related degree  would be considered an asset but not essential;
  • Have experience of implementing, deploying and managing life-cycle and behavioural email campaigns;
  • Strong account management skills, demonstrating an ability to build and maintain business relationships;
  • Knowledge of Exact Target or other similar email marketing tools and databases;

UI Front-end Software Developer

  • Fluent in HTML and CSS technologies. Hand-coding ability is a must.
