Department Manager – HR
Having identified the need to adopt a more solution-focused HR structure, Uniblue embarked on a search for HR professionals to service a specific department. We are looking for one futher member to join Uniblue’s HR Team. The selected candidate will work closely with the company’s key business professionals to create an environment in which employees continue to flourish and propel the company towards the achievement of its objectives.
Your key responsibilities:
- Maintain a pleasant work environment, whilst inspiring staff to attain goals and pursue excellence in adherence to the company’s standard policies and procedures.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and make constructive suggestions for change.
- Keep team well informed of changes within the organization through consistent communication.
- Manage employee relations effectively and in a timely fashion.
- Conduct interviews to hire a superior workforce.
- Conduct regular one-to-one meetings with respective team members.
Your skills and experience:
- A good communicator with excellent social and management skills.
- Ability to communicate well at different levels within a multicultural environment.
- Ability to tactfully convey difficult and challenging information to employees.
- Experience with designing rosters catering for shift work.
- Ability to manage time and prioritize work.
- Excellent MS Office skills and a high level of spoken and written English are essential.
- Tertiary level of education in Human Resources or Psychology will be considered an asset.
- A minimum of two years experience managing a large team (30+), in a Human Resources environment.
Receptionist

Excel) and the Internet. - Structured and flexible with good organization and communication skills.
- The ability to multitask and work both as part of a team and on your own initiative.
