Uniblue Systems Limited is launched in Malta by its three co-founders: Bosse, Emil and Johan. SpeedUpMyPC and WinBackup are the company's first products.

Smart and agile
Affiliate sales take off and Uniblue chooses Digital River as its e-commerce provider. Hiring nine staff by year-end, the company moves to new offices.

Ambitious drive
Staff increases to fifteen as sales gather momentum. On the software front, the launch of WinBackup 2.0 underlines Uniblue's commitment to ongoing software improvement.

Innovation and excellence
Uniblue wins its first ICE award demonstrating the company's ability to deliver excellence. RegistryBooster also arrives on the scene becoming our leading product.

With coverage on CNBC and the BBC, a smattering of new awards and Microsoft Gold Partner certification, Uniblue becomes a global brand.

The company launches DriverScanner and, with a staff of 78, relocates to Orange Point – a new purpose built home fit for its status as an industry leader.
