We are so confident in all our products that we offer a full refund within 60 days of purchase should you be unsatisfied.
It is important for you to know that:
Our refund applies to purchases made from the Uniblue store, including subscription renewals.
The amount actually paid for the product will be refunded. This covers any applicable taxes, but excludes any international bank charges that might apply.
Once the refund of a purchased product has been processed, the purchased product's full functionality will be disabled. Non-renewed subscriptions will no longer entitle you to the subscription benefits connected with the product.
How do you request a refund?
To request a refund, please contact our in-house team of dedicated customer support professionals through the website or through the help section within the product. Your request should include details such as your name and surname, order number and the email address used in the purchase process. Allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be received and processed.
